Tara Bushaw is the OG freelancer.
Tara has been honing her business skills for over 20 years in multiple capacities. She started off with freelance transcription, has ghostwritten books, opened and runs a successful e-commerce business, and now is the Founder and Freelancer Coach inside the Freelancers on Fire community.
Tara is married to Joe, and together they have 8 kids, 5 of whom they currently homeschool in Crookston, Minnesota.
Nicole Reed is a graphic wizardress.
Freelancer Coach Nicole thinks of herself as “Tara’s Quirky Sidekick” inside the Freelancers on Fire community. She began her online business owner journey as a Virtual Assistant in 2018. Shortly thereafter, she met Tara and Tara’s business teachings changed her entire outlook. She now does graphic, brand, & website design.
Nicole has an administrative background but brings her passion and zest for life into her freelance work as a graphic, brand, and Squarespace designer. She uses her unique communication style to her advantage in her hands-on mentorship of her fellow Rebel Bosses inside the Freelancers on Fire world.
Nicole is married to J.W. and together they have two kids they’re raising in Green Bay, WI.
